What a great company that has even better products. All communication with them was always fast and prompt. And my beautiful deluxe shower heads arrived so fast and in great condition. Now, I'm not an expert by any means so it was very convenient that they had everything I needed included minus tools because you don't need any. They even included plumbers tape! So installation was a breeze and I was able to enjoy my shower heads immediately! And I did!! What a treat, so well made and luxurious. I had never used a duel shower head and I don't think I'll ever want to go back to just one ever again. Each head has six different settings: power rain, power massage, power mist, rain/massage, rain/mist, and economy rain. You can use each head separately or together as well. Whatever type of water fall you want, the option is there! I have a shower/tub combo so the handheld is a great essential for that type of set up.
